We accept children from 2 years to 6 years<\/em><\/strong> age. We don\u00b4t demand knowledge of the English language. Younger children can be accepted to the kindergarten after agreement with our principal. The first criterion \u2013 we prefer to accept pre-schoolers. The second criterion \u2013 we prefer to accept siblings of children who already visit our kindergarten. The third criterion \u2013 we accept children all year long.<\/p>\n\n\n\n We live in a\u00a0world where everything is made for adults, but we can find an interesting place where everything is only for children. Two Hello Kindergartens are such a\u00a0place! The Teddy bear ( in Dubina ) and Olw ( in Poruba) live there with a\u00a0great group of children. Our kindergarten continues to the\u00a0Hello primary school.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Our program<\/strong> „Step by step“<\/strong> – Start together is an educational program emphasizing an individual approach to the child, partnership between family, school and wider society in the field of upbringing and education. It promotes and enables the inclusion of children with special needs (children with above-average talents, children with developmental disorders, children with disabilities, it is very effective with children of various ethnic minorities). It also emphasizes a stimulating environment – non-traditional division into activity centers (blocks, book and letters, studio, experiments, water and sand, dramatization, kitchen, manipulative games, workshop), cooperative learning, project-based teaching and integrated thematic teaching. From kindergarten onwards, children’s self-assessment is successfully worked on, which strengthens motivation for active and independent learning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Anyone who is 2 to 6 years old can become in Hello. The children don\u00b4t have to speak English. Our kindergarten offers a\u00a0programme for the children in Czech as well as in English language. The children learn this language all day through interesting activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The children spend a\u00a0lot of time in the kindergarten, so we want to make them happy. We play, sing, dance, paint, read, eat, sleep and speak with the children. All activities are accompanied by the English language.Children don\u00b4t sit at the table and drill new vocabulary. They practise their English while playing games, singing songs and making different arts and crafts. Everything must be fun not boring. Children can use all classrooms with different aids and games, and a\u00a0lot of interesting places around the kindergarten such the theatre, the forest, the cinema, the ZOO, the riding-school or the playground.<\/p>\n\n\n\n You can find our 2 kindergartens<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n 1\/ in our own new building in Ostrava Poruba, on \u010cs. exilu street 491\/23<\/strong>. We have 4 classes<\/em><\/strong>, each with 15 children divided by age. The building includes spacious and well-equipped classrooms, changing rooms and bathrooms for children, facilities for teachers, a school garden and a garden on the roof of the kindergarten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Food<\/em><\/strong> is brought to the kindergarten by a professional company and is served in the children’s classes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Hello primary School<\/em><\/strong> is right next door and we regularly visit the gym, auditorium or classes for joint activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 2\/ in the primary school Fr. Formana 45, Ostrava \u2013 Dubina<\/strong> where we have rented the rooms.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n The classrooms<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 you can find four classrooms with different furniture, aids and games and with a\u00a0large playing area.\u00a0The equipment<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0is modern. There is a\u00a0cloakroom and toilet. The kindergarten fulfills all hygienic norms.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n The garden<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 there is a\u00a0large garden next to the kindergarten which contains a\u00a0sandpit, monkey bars, benches, swings and a\u00a0slide, a\u00a0garden summerhouse with a\u00a0table and other equipment for children.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u00a0The school canteen<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 we use the school canteen to have lunch. There are our small tables and chairs for our Teddies. Because our kindergarten is in the primary school, we can use the gyms and the theatre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The kindergarten is open Monday to Friday from\u00a07.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m<\/em><\/strong>.
