V p\u00e1tek 10. kv\u011btna jsme nav\u0161t\u00edvili fakultu Metalurgie a materi\u00e1lov\u00e9ho in\u017een\u00fdrstv\u00ed Vysok\u00e9 \u0161koly b\u00e1\u0148sk\u00e9, kterou n\u00e1s provedla Ing. Lenka Kun\u010dick\u00e1, Ph.D. Sezn\u00e1mila n\u00e1s nejen s doc. Ing. Kocichem, Ph.D., ale i s prostory laborato\u0159\u00ed. Po p\u0159iv\u00edt\u00e1n\u00ed a sezn\u00e1men\u00ed se s pl\u00e1nem co n\u00e1s \u010dek\u00e1 a nemine, jsme postupn\u011b proch\u00e1zeli laborato\u0159e.
V prvn\u00ed n\u00e1s \u010dekaly stroje slou\u017e\u00edc\u00ed k obr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00ed kovov\u00e9ho materi\u00e1lu a v\u00fdrobky z n\u011bj s r\u016fzn\u00fdmi profily. Zaj\u00edmavost\u00ed pro n\u00e1s byly hlavn\u011b tankov\u00e9 n\u00e1boje z wolframu, kter\u00e9 proraz\u00ed panc\u00ed\u0159 o tlou\u0161\u0165ce do 2 m. Po uk\u00e1zce pr\u00e1ce stroje pro rota\u010dn\u00ed kov\u00e1n\u00ed a CNC stroje pro v\u00fdrobu z\u00e1pustk\u016f (formy pro rota\u010dn\u00ed kov\u00e1n\u00ed) jsme se p\u0159em\u00edstili p\u0159\u00edmo k v\u00fdrob\u011b a zu\u0161lech\u0165ov\u00e1n\u00ed pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fdch materi\u00e1l\u016f tzv. pr\u00e1\u0161kovou metalurgi\u00ed. Vid\u011bli jsme lis pro lisov\u00e1n\u00ed kov\u016f za studena vhodn\u00fd pro prvky jako wolfram s vysokou teplotou taven\u00ed. Hydraulick\u00fd lis stla\u010duje n\u00e1dobu plnou vody, ve kter\u00e9 je men\u0161\u00ed silikonov\u00e1 n\u00e1doba s pr\u00e1\u0161kem ur\u010dit\u00fdch prvk\u016f. Dal\u0161\u00ed metoda byla tavic\u00ed, kter\u00e1 prob\u00edh\u00e1 v pec\u00edch za vysok\u00fdch teplot. Vid\u011bli jsme n\u011bkolik druh\u016f pec\u00ed pro taven\u00ed, nap\u0159. pec pro zon\u00e1ln\u00ed taven\u00ed ur\u010den\u00e1 k odstra\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed ne\u017e\u00e1douc\u00edch ne\u010distot z kovov\u00fdch ty\u010d\u00ed.++
Pan\u00ed Ing. Kun\u010dick\u00e1 n\u00e1m trp\u011bliv\u011b vysv\u011btlovala, na jak\u00e9m principu stroje pracuj\u00ed a jak pomoc\u00ed nich v\u011bde\u010dt\u00ed pracovn\u00edci V\u0160B zlep\u0161uj\u00ed vlastnosti kovov\u00fdch materi\u00e1l\u016f pro vyu\u017eit\u00ed v automobilov\u00e9m a jin\u00e9m pr\u016fmyslu nebo t\u0159eba v medic\u00edn\u011b.
N\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bva byla p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9 spojen\u00ed teorie a praxe.
